A bit small bathroom.

We loved the modern, art deco decor in the renovated room, and the enjoyable view of Thamrin Street. the staff were incredibly hospitable, despite the language barrier, and always went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. the bed linen was clean and fresh, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. the hotel's public areas were pleasant and well-maintained. the location was convenient, with good food options just a short walk away at Sarinah Mall.

Convenient location! 📍 This place is super close to popular tourist spots like Thamrin, Tanah Abang, and Grand Indonesia, making it easy to explore the city during my long business trip. Had a really pleasant stay with no complaints at all.

The Japanese Restaurant, Keyaki, was a very good value, and there were many customers there. Burger King next door.

Fiesta coffee shop. Ordered room service mango sticky rice and walnut soup. Called back 5 minutes later to say they don't have it. Better if they know when you order. Next night dinner at Fiesta (very few customers), waitresses said yes they have both, came back said they have one but not the other, in the end they had neither. We had lamb chops (very tough gristly meat, not good value) and beef ribs (also tough meat). What a contrast from Japanese restaurant!

As a light sleeper, I was relieved to find that the room had soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. One detail that stood out to me was the delicious breakfast, which included a refreshing herbal drink.
